Mr. Abdullah is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Humanitarian Response & Development Foundation (HRDF)

Abdullah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HRDF, a national non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives, empowering communities, and building resilience across Pakistan.

With over fifteen years of experience in education, WASH, livelihoods, emergency response, and community development, Abdullah is known for his visionary leadership and deep connection to grassroots realities. His career includes senior positions with organizations such as UNOPS, UNFPA, Beaconhouse school system IRC, TCF, ACTED, BRAC, and the Charter for Compassion, leading programs funded by USAID, UNICEF, UNFPA, FCDO, and SEF.

He holds master’s degrees in Sociology and Education, combining academic insight with practical field leadership. His philosophy centers on inclusion, accountability, and partnership — ensuring communities are active participants in shaping their futures.

Mr.  Abdullah Efforts

Established 900+ non-formal education centers, enrolling 11,000 learners into formal schools and 7,500 youth into TVET programs.
• Enabled access to education for 12,000+ out-of-school girls through community-led mobilization.
• Delivered emergency relief and shelter assistance to thousands of flood-affected families.
• Revitalized 650+ School Management Committees and trained 7,000+ community members on WASH, DRR, and school improvement.
